Continuum of Care at Home

As a member of Kendal at Home, you benefit from the Kendal philosophy that a continuum of care best serves the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of older adults as they continue to age. Kendal at Home offers a continuing care agreement to provide this continuum of care in your own home. Should your care needs change unexpectedly, the program options offered will cover routine assistance with daily tasks and also the cost of assisted living and/or skilled care in the member's home or, if required, in a highly qualified area facility in contractual relationship with Kendal at Home.

Members of Kendal at Home have a personal Care Coordinator who takes the burden of your care from family and friends.

"Oh Mom, don't worry.  I'll take care of you." Your son or daughter may have said this to you. They mean well but is this really what you want? Most family members have good intentions and want to help, but the reality of caring for someone as they age can be very demanding and difficult.  Our Members can turn to their personal care coordinator for guidance and help in finding the care that they need. Family members are involved in decision making if you want them to be, but they don't have to be responsible for making the decisions alone, searching for quality providers of care, managing the care and making sure you are safe and happy.
