Lynne Giacobbe, Executive Director for Kendal at Home

Executive Director - Lynne Giacobbe
Lynne Giacobbe, recently relocated with her husband and 2 daughters to her hometown of Lorain County. She is employed by Kendal at Home as Executive Director. She has worked as an Executive Director of a non-profit organization in upstate New York for 10 years, Director of a hospital based program in San Antonio, Texas for 5 years and Director of Case Management for a federally funded Home Health pilot project in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio and completed an Administrative Certificate Program at Binghamton University, Binghamton, NY. She is a Certified Crisis Counselor and a member of the National Organization for Victim Assistance, National Crisis Response Team.

Dr. Peter DeGolia, Medical Director for Kendal at Home

Medical Director- Peter De Golia, MD

Peter DeGolia, M.D, CMD is a Family Physician and Geriatrician at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. He is the newly appointed Director of the Center for Geriatric Medicine and the Medical Director of the UH/Case House Calls Program. He is an Associate professor in Family Medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. DeGolia earned his Bachelor's degree at the University of Chicago and his medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago. He completed his internship at University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio and his residency and geriatric fellowship at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He is board certified in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. His areas of interest include education, House Call Medicine, Long-Term Care, and End of Life care.

David Zientarski, Director of Care Coordination for Kendal at Home

Director of Care Coordination - David Zientarski
David Zientarski, RN came to Kendal at Home with 11 years of long-term care experience as an RN supervisor, Care Plan Coordinator as well as the infection control and education coordinator. He also has 8 years of occupational health experience. He received his degree as a registered nurse from Lorain County Community College. David is also a volunteer for Community Health Partners Parish Nurse Program and Lorain County Volunteer Guardianship Program. He resides in Lorain with his wife, 2 sons and daughter. David is an avid fisherman who also enjoys gardening, reading, cooking and anything to do with Cleveland sports teams.

Katie Tipton, Care Coordinator for Kendal at Home

Katie Tipton Came to Kendal at Home from a home care agency where she worked as the Care Coordinator for two years. Prior to that, she worked for over three years in Admissions and Marketing for two area skilled nursing facilities. She has a Masters Degree in Gerontology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Katie lives in Cleveland with her husband, son and daughter.  She enjoys scrapbooking, sporting events and being outdoors.

Barb Piscopo, At Home Specialist for Kendal at Home

At Home Specialist - Barb Piscopo

Barb Piscopo joins the Kendal at Home Staff after 10 years of sales and marketing experience with a variety of clients, both for-profit and not-for-profit. Her most recent experiences include work for Rae-Ann Nursing Facilities, Harbinger Hospice and an Avon-based breast cancer foundation, The Karen P. Nakon Breast Cancer Foundation. Barb's previous experience includes teaching and administration at the high school level in both Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties. In her spare time she enjoys reading, music and travel.

Lindsay Luttrell, At Home Specialist for Kendal at Home

At Home Specialist - Lindsay Luttrell

Lindsay Luttrell joined the Kendal at Home team after working as the Director of Marketing for PharMedCorp.  For five years she worked at Altenheim & Shurmer Place Senior Living Community as both the Marketing Coordinator and Assistant Administrator. She received a degree in Health Care Administration from Kent State University as well as her Ohio Nursing Home Administrator’s License. Lindsay resides in Avon Lake and enjoys spending her time with friends and family.

Paulette Kollar, Member Coordinator and Office Manager for Kendal at Home

Member Coordinator and Office Manager- Paulette Kollar
Paulette Kollar came to Kendal at Home from the National Association of College Stores where she worked for the NACS Foundation and the Meetings and Expositions Department for thirteen years as the Events & Special Projects Manager. A lifelong resident of Lorain County, she and her husband have resided in Huntington Township for more than twenty years. She especially enjoys traveling with her husband, working in the yard, and reading mystery novels.
